I have a trip to Napa planned. What winery should be on my list if I wanted to drink sweet white wines?

If you like sweet white wines, Napa isn’t really the best stop for you. Head up to Mendocino instead – they are known for their white wines.
I concur that the Raymond Eloquence is great and Grgich has a Violette dessert wine that’s very good. The St. Supery Moscato is fine, but too sweet for me.
Beringer has a Reisling that might be on the sweet side, but no guarantee that they serve it in their tastings. I believe that their White Merlot is also fairly sweet.
In Napa, I think you are going to be limited to Dessert Wines or grapes imported from other areas. Sorry!
Robert Mondavi has a nice Moscato d’oro
St. supery does a good Moscato.
Raymond does wonderful late harvest dessert wine call Eloquence.
Napa Valley is not really known for sweet wines.
